Full description
The sailing yacht is a 38-foot, two-masted ocean-going family boat. It was built in 1976 in a shipyard in Barcelona. It has sailed around the world and in recent years has been sailing the waters of the Caribbean.
We have a comfortable aft cabin to accommodate a couple or a family with a child. It can be accessed through a corridor inside the boat and also from the deck outside. The bathroom is shared. There is a lounge, a large kitchen and another cabin in the bow. The shower is outside in the open air.
It is a traditional sailboat, where water and energy are highly valued, we appreciate the respect for the consumption of both.
We have snorkelling equipment, a hammock and an inflatable kayak for guests to use. We also have a small auxiliary boat that we can use to go to the coast or for snorkelling trips.
We have been living on this boat for more than 10 years and we would love to share our experiences and stories with people who are interested in seeing another way of life and enjoying the freedom of discovering islands on a boat.
We are a family of travellers who have enjoyed life on board for many years.
Egoi (Basque Country, Spain), a former electronic engineer, is a professional captain with a lot of sailing experience (more than 50NM). He will be happy to teach you how to sail and will accompany you on snorkelling excursions.
Rasa (Lithuanian) is a former architect born into a family of sailors, a passionate traveler, art lover and creative cook.
Jura, our 5-year-old son, is the soul of the ship and a bomb of positivity.
Our sailboat is for individual use only as we can only accept two people and one child.

Only a 20% deposit of the total amount is required after accepting your application.

How to get to San Blas from Panama City
Overland
4x4 + Boat
Ground transportation from the hotel, Tocumen airport or other point from Panama City, to the San Blas terminal in Carti:
Road travel costs $60/person in a shared 4x4 round trip.
(Transportation from another point in Panama, and/or by private transportation, consult the cost) Privately $180 one way and $180 return. (maximum 6 places).
The car will take you to the port of Carti in San Blas, where a boat will take you to the sailboat or catamaran, normally you are expected to arrive at the boat around 9:30am
The price of the boat is $60 per person round trip.
